We are the Ridgewood Roadrunners and welcome to our home page. My name is Joey DiIulio and I have served as Principal since 2013. Ridgewood was built in 1971 and we recently celebrated our 50th birthday. Ridgewood is truly one of a kind place. Nestled in Southwest Rock Island or referred to as Rock-Milan, Ridgewood has a big boundary and serves students from Rock Island and Milan.

 

What makes Ridgewood the best in Rock Island is the entire school community. Traditions such as Fall Frolic, Monster Mash, Holiday Program, and Lunch on the Lawn are just a few of the traditions where family and staff come together. Families are invited and encouraged to serve on the Building Leadership Team (BLT) and Parent Teacher Group (PTG).

 

While working together, Ridgewood takes pride in strengthening our core values with our stakeholders:
